The explore button and the explore command on the right click pop up menu opens the ‘File Open’ dialog.
In the file open dialog you can’t do much, and it doesn’t fit well because the file open dialog is for selecting files.
It would be better if it could open the windows explorer instead like the ‘MyEclipse->open in explorer’ commnad for resources.

The only issue there is that the Open in Explorer command is “windows only”. However, there’s really not a technical reason we couldn’t provide a bit better support on Windows for this one operation.
