The MyEclipse HTML and JSP editors provide source<->preview modes.

If you just want to use the integrated browser within Eclipse 1.2 you can use the External Preview view of E2.1.2 using the menu path:
    Window menu>Show View>Other>Update Manager>External Preview

The ExternalPreview view has been removed from Eclipse 3.0.

I understand, but the External Preview in the demo is a standard Eclipse 2.1 component and is not specific to MyEclipse. The Eclipse team removed it for version 3.0, but we’re thinking about putting something like it back it in a later release of MyEclipse. If you’d like to see that, please post it as an enhancement in the Enhancements forum. Our management tends to respond well to user feedback and requests.
