On eclipse we can fast comment some chunk of code (javascript, html, java no problem) by pressing
    CTRL+SHIFT+C

    it doesn’t work on codemix.
    Please add it. 🙂

    Davide,

Looks like we’ve got a bad keybinding configuration for the command behind this. We’ll fix this for the next release, but in the meanwhile, take a look at the attached screenshot for the binding you have to reconfigure – change it from Alt+Shift+C to Ctrl+Shift+C and you should be good.

    Thanks for the report.

    Davide,

An easy fix, but for someone who uses these bindings, a big problem – we really appreciate the report!

Please continue to report anything that bothers you, big or small, we want you to have the best experience with CodeMix 🙂

    Thank you Brian,
should I use the “getting help” section to report those small problems?

CTRL+DEL had some problems, than an update of codemix solved it, now with the latest update it doesn’t work anymore.
What is the right forum section to report this thing?

    Thanks.

    Davide,

I just checked with our engineering team and apparently the fix for Ctrl + Del had to be withdrawn temporarily in a hot-fix update because it caused a major break in some other, more fundamental, editing use cases.

Sorry about that – we’re working towards restoring all functionality by Monday’s release.

If you’re making a feature suggestion, you can post in this, “Suggestions”, forum, otherwise use the “Get Help” forum for bugs. If you’re not sure, post in any forum and we’ll pick it up either way.

We have fixed the issue with the bad keybinding for toggle comment and Ctrl+Del in our latest CodeMix build 2018.5.24.
Please let us know if you see any issues with the latest build.
