    I use myeclipse5.1+eclipse3.2.1 to open a jsp page and i edit this page with UltraEdit, myeclipse 5.1 won’t note the file changes, but myeclipse5.0 can do that. Is that a bug?

    You just want to go to Window > Prefs > General > Workspace, and turn on “Automatic refreshing”.
