    This file does in fact not exist. Do I need to do something to create it?
    thanks. (using Eclipse 3.3.1, MyEclipse 6.0.0 M1)

    MyEclipse 6.0.0 is not compatible with Eclipse 3.3.1. You will have to upgrade to MyEclipse 6.0.1 or downgrade Eclipse to 3.3.
