Find Install screen does not show up

    Hello Guys,

    I am new to this forum and hope asking this question at right place.

    I have a very simple but irritating issue. When i click on “Find and Instal” uner Software Update in Help to install new plugin … the window does not show up. If i try again it says another install/update already runing. Can you please help !!!!
