Java EMF Model

So how do I fix this? Saying NO doesn’t give me any updates and parts dont operate correctly as it is.

1) How do I resolve this?
2) How do I prevent it in the future (YES, I understand I must have said YES previously and broke it)

Bob,
Please upgrade and try and install MyEclipse 5.1 instead. All the dependent tier-1 libraries we ship have been updated to the latest stable releases. 5.0M2 is quite old and will continue to give this problem as it seems some other portions of your Eclipse install require the newer libraries.
