I flagged this one up before…Page transitional flickering,
Pages within MultiPage are smooth in transition however, of those pages outside Multipage, when you click on a link pointing to another page, the screen flickers.
Scratching my head on this, been a few weeks…

What is the device that shows the issue? Please share model and OS.
