>How can Mobione be fully uninstalled when it cannot find the .jar file?
That sounds like a possible antivirus conflict of some type…
1) Delete the MobiOne Installation files
Open a File Explorer and navigate to the parent directory containing MobiOne. Delete the MobiOne Studio directory. Please ensure that MobiOne is installed into a unique directory that contains only mobione files. The default installation directories are:
Win7/Vista
<user-dir>\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio
e.g., C:\Users\Wayne\AppData\Local\MobiOne Studio
XP
C:\Program Files\MobiOne Studio
2) Remove the Program Menu for MobiOne
Click Start/Programs > All Programs
Right-click on MobiOne Studio and choose Delete
>If the software is already installed, regardless of its functional state, a fresh version cannot be installed over it.
What version of windows are you running?
What Antivirus software is active?
– do you get any AV warning when running the installer? Please check your AV software’s log/warnings to see it is disallowing MobiOne to install
