Assuming I have a stateless session bean that I’d like to expose as a web service, how do I use this using xdoclet? I haven’t been able to find an example. So any pointers in that direction would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Ian

    Ian,
There are two demos provided by Don Fair here: http://www.myeclipseide.com/ContentExpress-display-ceid-16.html

that sound like they may help, they are specifically for WEbLogic, but you can adapt the work for your app server I think.

I’ve seen those examples. They use xdoclet to create the beans (which I already do), but use ant tasks to create the webservice (and ant tasks perculiar to Weblogic, which is not the appserver I use). I’m sure you can use straight XDoclet constructs – after all, the documentation mentions EJB2.1 support. But I’ve yet to see a working example, which may help me overcome the problems I’m having.

    Thanks,

    Ian
