Hi,

I am having a hard time adding the web browser perspective. I have eclipse 3.0x with MyEclipse ver 3.8.4+QF2 on Suse 9.3 Professional.

“Unable to open internal browser. Please check if your configured browser is supported by Eclipse”

I tried all of them … opera, mozilla, firefox.

No luck so far.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The Web Browser View is based on the SWT Browser widget, on Linux is it VERY particular about the version of Mozilla used, please see the FAQ section of this document for help: http://myeclipseide.com/enterpriseworkbench/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.genuitec.myeclipse.doc/html/quickstarts/htmleditor/index.html
