i am testing a native app. i put only portrait orientation while building in ios. i got a button which is assigned as go url(open url as pop up (full control)). every thing goes fine but when i watch video and go to screen it shows a white screen below. i dont know whats wrong…

First, thanks for providing an example project for us to build and test.
What iOS device and os version are you running? I noticed it is an ipod from the screenshot.

Second, I built an ios app using MobiOne 2.3.2 (dev-10) and ran it on 2 devices with no issue: an iphone5/ios6.1 and an iphone4s/ios5.1 See this short video of your project on iphone5 http://screencast.com/t/uo7xYFQ0Jhjd

Wayne i watched your video but you didn’t played the video in full screen landscape mode. you just clicked done twice. i request you to play the video in full screen landscape mode for 1 second and click done. then you will observe the white screen. please help me with this problem

Hi,

I tried a number of orientation/play/done combinations to no avail. I have not replicated the refresh issue you are seeing. I will share this with the dev team tomorrow for their input. One difference is I’m using an iphone5 to test with.

While building an iOS file I enabled only portrait mode.when I watched the video in landscape full screen, white screen occurred. The same thing white screen occurred when I enabled only landscape mode and watched the video in portrait full screen.

This white screen problem is not seen when I enable both portrait and landscape orientation in iOS build.

We have replicated the problem and isolated to a cordova/native bug. The dev team is continuing to research it and will provide more details asap.
