We have used the MobiONE ipa files and the Apple certificates, etc. for a developer account for development deployment to devices with the UDID information – per Apple’s limitations, etc.

We use BetaBuilder app on the iMac to generate the files that can be hosted on our own server location. BetaBuilder generates the manifest.plist based on the compiled ipa with the certificates, provisioning, etc. from MobiOne.

Works great! Takes and 15 seconds to generate everything.

Our clients are able to load the app and review it – of course, their UDID is part of the provisioning file info, etc.

Just wanted to pass this along – the ability to host development apps for client review on “your” own servers.

    Hi herb200mph,

Great info and we tweaked the title a bit.
