How can I run the websphere 6.0 in MyEclipse4.0 [Closed]

I have configure the wasphere6.0 by seeing “Debugging with WebSphere Application Server 6 Quickstart” in web “http://myeclipseide.com/enterpriseworkbench/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.genuitec.myeclipse.doc/html/quickstarts/websphere6/index.html”.During the time no errors or warnings .
But when I start the wasphere6.0 in MyEclipse4.0.It warns me:”A configuration errored during startup.please verify the preference field with the prompt:Specified working directory doer not exist or is not a directory:E:IBM\WebSpere\bin”.
In fact the directory:E:IBM\WebSpere\bin exits.

how can i do?

Are you mistyping that, or did you literally mean: E:IBM\WebSphere\bin and not E:\IBM\WebSphere\bin?
