Hi,
can you say me how I can embed a media player? I want to input a link in this object so everyone can play the link from the player in my app. Only a way to embed the link is ok to when you know something like that. Because when anyone follow the link to the file than they all must close and then open the app again for coming back to the home side and that is not the best way.Thx

Is your requirement to play both audio files and video files?
We are actively investigating several approaches for including audio and video player support. I posted this early audio player demo late last week. In this example I used the new HTML5 <audio> tag along with javascript to load the media content and a poster image.
Please post any requirements that you may have to that thread.

I want to do that when anybody hit play that first the person hear my advertising and after that the normal audio track should start. Work that too?

The demo I created uses the native mobile safari audio player. As you can see it is a very basic audio player. I am helping to evaluate some custom audio and video players. We are hoping to provide at least an audio player widget for the 1.3 release. The biggest compatibility challenges we have between iOS and MobiOne on Windows is fonts, touch/gesture behaviors and now media. We know we can create player widget in the Design Center and generate iOS compatible HTML media player widget. The challenge will be in upgrading the Test Center to recognize and play media similar to iOS.
The tentative plan is for 1.3 to be available in late Sept – early Oct timeframe. We may have a 1.2.3 maintenance release sooner to accelerate availability of bug fixes and some nice new updates that we want to make available sooner than the 1.3 timeframe.

Keep the faith my man! I have seen it. It will be live very soon. We are in discussion on how to make an early access available in the next week or so depending up on how our QA progresses.
