I have already made the payment for the subscription, but still waiting to get the subscription information.
How long does this take?

I checked our records and your subscription was emailed to your gmail account minutes after it processed. Perhaps a spam filter got it? Can you check you account again and send an email to subscriptions@genuitec.com if you can’t find it?
