I think I figure out. Open another workspace, and create the project on that. Am I right?

When you create a project, there is a checkbox “Use default location” that you can uncheck, then type in your own path, e.g. C:\Projects\MyProject

If you are asking how to get a brand new workspace entirely, then use the -data command line option when launching Eclipse, e.g. eclipse.exe -data C:\Projects\Workspace
