No workaround other than setting the font every time you restart the IDE. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I’ve upgraded to MyEclipse6.5.
This problem still has place.
Every start eclipse drops settings of the fonts.
And it is really annoying.

The strange thing is that on another system all works without any problems

Your saying that this issue persists only on your machine ?

Can you go to MyEclispe > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
