I don’t like the font face and font size that the MyEclipse SQL Editor uses. I want it to use Courier New and I’d like to change the size. How do I do this?

I think you are seeing an existing problem with font style/sizes changing for no reason. At times, ME seems to revert to some small Arial font where a fixed font should be used. You will probably have to use the menu sequence Window -> Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and fonts -> Basic -> Text font. From there click the Use System Font, Apply, then Reset, Apply to restore the default fixed font.

If I’m not mistaken, users have reported the problem still exists with upcoming 7 release candidates, unfortunately.

    phlake,
Link ernestz pointed out, you can go to WIndows -> Pref -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and fonts -> Basic -> Text font an change the font but when you restart MyEclipse, the font changes back to default. This is a bug that the dev team is already working on. So for now, you will have to change the font everytime you start MyEclipse. Sorry for the inconvenience.
