    Hi,

at the moment, I have some problemw with setting up myEclipse with Weblogic.

The weblogic is stored in another Unix server.

But I am running Eclipse in my WindowsXP PC.

Hence, is there anyway to set up the connection between Eclipse and that Weblogic (remotely) which is stored in another UNIX server ?
etc. BEA Home, Weblogic Home …..

    My weblogic is version 6.1

Thank you very much and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    best wishes

    Long,
What kind of connection? For debugging? Yes, you can use remote debugging. For deployment? No, that is not currently supported.

    Thanks Riyad.

I meant how to do the setting of Weblogic.
Because the weblogic is located in another UNIX server.
So I don’t know what path should I put for BEA Home Directory and Weblogic Installation Directory, Domain Root.

Because those directories are in the UNIX server, a different environment to my PC (running WindowsXP) and I also don’t want to install a new WEblogic in my PC.

Do you know how to do the confiugration for this situation ?

    Thanks a lot.

Ahh, nothing. We don’t support remote control of web applications (starting/stopping/etc). Unless you were able to setup a remote mount of the Unix server (via Samba) so that it could be mounted to a local drive, then you can use the connector.
