HI all

Can any one help me in regard to create new server project. I have installed myeclipse6.0 and i am trying to create a server project.

I could not able to find the server project in File->new->Other->

Do I need to install any plug-in’s for achieving this functionality ? If Yes can you provide me the url to download the required plug-in.

MyEclipse does not have a “server project”. I guess you have migrated to MyEclipse from WTP. What is it that you are looking to do with your project ?

Thanks for your help, My requirement is need to migrate from WSAD5.0.1 to Myeclipse. My WSAD Workspace contains of Web, java, server projects. In WSAD I can able to create the server project and When I Say publish it is deploying the application ear file into application server and can able to successfully can go ahead with the application.

When I migrated to my eclipse, I could not able to achieve this functionality just by creating the new server project and publishing the application to app server.

Is there any other alternative way to achieve this functionality?

thanks for your help, Now I can able to migrate from WSAD to myeclipse and able to deply ear projects. Only one point i could not able to get is how to create the connector project in my eclipse? Is there any way to create the connector project in my eclipse ?

Hi Nipun,

Does myeclipse support Connector project ? It would be great if myeclipse supports connector project (JCA) : export in RAR, integrate in EAR as connector module.

Im sorry, MyEclispe does not support Connector projects.
