This massage appeared when i try to upload a APK file to Google play

How can i disable debugging?

What signing option did you used? Please note that you need to use a signed digital certificate, see Building for android marketplace distribution

in the last versing i used (None – use development certificate).

when i used Digital certificate and Private key, there is an error

That’s the problem, your android app must be digitally signed with a valid digital certificate, see section 5.1 of the link I shared previously.

Are you using special charts like commas (,) or dots (.), etc? If yes, please try it again avoiding the use of such special charts. Let me know how it goes.
