Refers to the exact same issue I have. I installed MyEclipse 8.6 and I don’t want or need it to patch update or communicate with the internet in any shape form or fashion. I work behind a firewall and I simply want to DISABLE any and ALL auto update features. I’ve spent hours googling for a way to turn this off but all I’ve seen so far is that you even when the opposite direction and removed the check box you once had to do this. An Yea It appears the be the same NTLM issue you had in 7.0 when it does try to connect. Oh so all fussing aside how do I tell ET not to phone home?
