Liaquat,

The wizards to create JUnit test cases are available from File > New > Other > Java > JUnit in MyEclipse.
Please take a look at this tutorial for JUnit and follow the same steps in MyEclipse : https://dzone.com/articles/junit-tutorial-beginners
