I am licensed on version 1 of MobiOne. I had to reload my machine and can’t find the old code. I can’t expense the upgrade cost to upgrade.
How can I find the version 1.x of MobiOne?

You can find on this Announcement that there isn’t any additional cost to upgrade from version 1.X to 2.0.
I have downloaded and installed the 2.x version, and the trial is expired.
I get the following error when entering my v 1.x license:
License code has expired.Is there anything I can do?

In general MobiOne license keys are perpetual except for some complimentary or special license keys. We will work out this matter asap. Please send me your license key and id to the support at genuitec dot com with title “MobiOne license key issue for Wayne”
