I would like to build a application for my company, where user will enter his login id and password once similar to MicrosoftOutLook or Google mail application.
So when use press the application icon, it will start a HTTPS session and send the login id and password (which is stored before in the apps) to the back-end server for authentication to start the web application.Basically i am looking for step to create a application where use enter his id and password similar to yahoo or gmail apps where a user setup his id and password once and it used to authenticate with back-end mail server to start email apps.
In my case it will just another safari web application. Our users don;t want to enter their id and password everytime they login to the web apps.
Any advice / help. I would appreciate.
