What’s the recommended process for exporting a MyEclipse project from one PC to another PC?

This is a project with Struts/Spring/Hibernate preferences.

    I can’t find an explicit ‘export/project’ option.

Pick up your project from the existing workspace, zip it up and transfer/paste it on the other PC. Then your can go to File Import > General > Existing Project into Workspace and import this project into your workspace.

    File > Export > Archive
File > Import > Existing Project > (Select Archive)

It’s a bit confusing cause of the name mis-match, sorry about that.

do I zip just the project folder contents? Then I unzip this file to some temp folder ready for the File Import > General > Existing Project into Workspace, right?

You can go to File Import > General > Existing Project into Workspace and give the location of the zip file. No need to unzip it.
