you can install .apk file directly in your phone or width a emulator.
I use Bluestacks emulator http://www.bluestacks.com/

I don”t have any details for that particular application. However you can use bluestack as one of the best android emulator where you can install and run different apps. Did you give a try?

If you don’t have an Android phone, (which I’m assuming you don’t because otherwise you would test it on there) why don’t you buy a cheap android tablet to test your apps or get a friend to help. You cannot run the apk file in the mobione test center, what you can do is install the html file that is in the www folder to the test center, run the app and change the device view to suit a nexus, that might help.
