Could you please explain how to invoke the spring beans wizard? I am able to see the spring beans view and can utilize the interaction between the spring beans view and the spring configuration xml file editor. However, I cannot figure out how to bring up the beans wizard nor does my outline view have the spring bean icons as are shown on the myeclipse page which describes the myeclipse/spring ide features. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,

Which version of MyEclipse are you using – have you installed any other plugins (especially SpringIDE)?

Right click on the XML file and then choose “Open With”. What options do you see? Use the “MyEclipse Spring Config Editor” and you should be fine.
Eclipse will remember this and use this editor automatically the next time you double click the same file.

Let us know if it you still don’t see any of the wizards or appropriate outline menu.

    Best,
    Brian.
