How to move a project?

Hello, im having trouble trying to move a project to another computer, I used to work on a HP PC but now I have a Dell and im trying to move my project to this new computer, I cant find a practical way to do it, I tried to import preferences and switching to the old workspace but its not working, I need to know how to completely move my project from the old PC to the new one, thanks in advance

Select your project and go to File > Export > General Archive File and export your project as a zip file.

Next, copy the zip file on your new PC and you can import the project into your workspace by going to File > Import > General > Existing Projects into Workspace and following the wizard.
