I have a company laptop that I am using for personal stuff so I have MyEclipse installed in it (paid for out of my pocket).

I am moving to greener pastures so I need to move MyEclipse to my home PC and disable MyEclipse on my company laptop.

1. Will the key just work on my home PC?
2. What’s the best way to disable MyEclipse on my work laptop?

Yes

2. What’s the best way to disable MyEclipse on my work laptop?

You can enter in empty values for the subscription information and hit Apply. Optionally you can uninstall MyEclipse all together since any user after you will need to obide by the trial period, so it might just be easier to remove it.
