Please, how can i pass parameters to myeclipse Report (ex:username, value to be considered in the query, etc) ?

You can read about report parameters in the MyEclipse Help system. Go to Help > Help Contents> Developing Enterprise Reports > MyEclipse Reports > Getting Started > Enabling the User to Filter Data . There are several notes on parameters in this section.
