right click on WEB-INF/lib and import

Yes, also you should be able to drag-and-drop them from a Explorer window or equivalent file browser.

but i put the content of the jar when i right click on WEB-INF/lib and import it.
and i cannot drag the jar file.

You will have to explain in more detail what you are trying to do and what the problem is, I can’t tell what is going on from what you typed… I might be completely misunderstanding your request.

Also what platform are you on? Windows, Linux, Mac?
