    Hi

    Is there a way to save a WAR/EAR export profile/descriptor ?

Like the option “Save the description of this JAR in the workspace” of JAR export.

    regards

I’m not really sure what you are asking, can you explain the use-case to me?

    Hi,

I would like to avoid to especify the output path of EAR/WAR files everytime I need to export it.

For example: In Jar generation is possible to save a profile( generator descriptor) and just click on the descriptor with the other button and select a option to generate the file.

    Regards

Oh yes, instead of using Export, use the deployment button from the toolbar to create a “deployment” for your project. You can also do this from the “Servers” view. If you don’t really want to deploy this project to an app server locally, you can use the “Custom Location” deployment to write out a WAR or EAR anywhere.
