I believe the main changes required to get Struts 1.2 initially working are:
0) You can update the ME Struts preferences to use any taglibs and jars of your choice when prepopluating a project during “Add Struts Capabilities…”. So change out the default libs/tlds in prefs with Struts 1.2 betaX versions.
1) For any struts-config.xml or struts-config-<mymodule>.xml generated by the ME Struts tools you will need to replace the Struts 1.1 DTD reference with that of Struts 1.2
2) When using Struts wizards you will need to manually make any additional Struts 1.2beta revisions post completion of the wizardI hope this helps.
