    If you are editing a larger HTML / CSS file, alt-up arrow will cause the editor to freeze for quite a few seconds. Additionally, multiple presses of the key can sometimes lead to erratic positioning of the text.

    It seems the freezing problem was bug #1118 and fixed in 3.8.4.
