Hello,

I am using MyEclipse GA. I try to change the context root of my web application but when I try to deploy I get a “NOT VALID” message. What can I do ?

Can you provide more diagnostic informtion such as the mode of deployment [exploded,packaged], application server connector, the actual context-root you are using, the full error message assuming it is more than “NOT VALID”?

Note, deployment is always to the application server’s deployment staging area, e.g., for Tomcat that is <Tomcat install>/webapps. Also the following link provides more basic deployment operations info:
