I can’t see "priview" tag in JSP editor

    Dear Sir:
    I am a new one in Java programming.
    I tried many times and still have some problem in using your products:
    1. “Preview” tag is always missing.
    2. erron message :unable to open internal browser.
    Could you tell what’s wrong with that?
