i can’t view my jsp pages !!

    hi,

    i’ve just installed myeclipse 6.0 , installed tomcat and configured it like you showed in the server application tutorial

    but i can’t view any jsp pages,even the simplest with a hello world written in html , why’s that ? i deploy the project and i start the server each time but no results …….. i get a message like this

    HTTP Status 404 –

    i don’t have a single clue what’s going on …… please help

    PS : just a stupid question …….i use easyphp is he intrfering ?

    oh and i write in the url : http://localhost:8080/HelloWorld/MyJsp.jsp —-> nothing the same deadly

    I would like you to try something for me. Go to File > New > Project > Web Project and follow the wizard to create a new web project. Now right click on this project and go to Run As > MyEclipse Server Application. Does the index.jsp show up ?

    hi,

    i think i solved the problem , i uninstalled it all (jdk , tomcat and myeclipse) and then i installed it again

    now it works like a charm
