When I click “Preview” while displaying a JSP, I received the following message

The VPE editor can’t be run because your system environment needs to be changed slightly. Find out more

“Find out more” appears to be a link, but clicking on it does nothing.

What OS are you working on? Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.

Are there any errors recorded under <workspace>/.metadata/.log file?

Did these log files you asked me to submit have any meaning/bearing on the situation?

I asked you for the log files because there could be information recorded in there when you click on the “Find Out More” link since nothing is showing up when you click the link.

Also, I asked you for the installation information since I was unable to reproduce this issue with the copy of 6.6 that I’m working with.
