I’m using MyEclipse 3.8.4+QF2 with Eclipse 3.0.2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3. Why is MyEclipse making connections to iits01120.inlink.com? What information is it gathering? Why are they being left in CLOSE_WAIT status? I don’t see anything in my firewall log files blocking related packets. Is this a bug where MyEclipse is not properly closing connections?
When I do netstat -vatn, I see the following:
