1099lifeMemberHi!
After compiling an Android app from my design, 2-3 image buttons do not show up on my main page.
They do show up in the Test Center, and when I check the files being uploaded to the .apk I see the images selected.
PLEASE HELP!Mike

support-octavioMemberHi Mike,
Please check in android build wizard on tab Files and Data if that images are checked to be included in your project.
Other possible issue could be the name of these images, I remember a recent case where the name of an image contains “_”, so the image was not shown.

1099lifeMemberHi Octavio, thanks for the quick response!
I checked the file names for underscores (there are none), and the files are checked for upload in the app builder.
I’m stumped.October 23, 2012 at 6:52 pm #331627

support-octavioMemberHi Mike,
What is the size of your project? I’ve reviewed your support e-mail and did found anything from you. If you project is biger than 10MB could you use wetransfer.com to send us your files?

support-octavioMemberHi 1099life,
I’ve received your files and are investigating but will need also your .mobi files, could you send them too? Also, just to confirm, images load fine in Test Center, Desktop browser but not in Android native app, am I right?

1099lifeMemberHi Octavio!
Did you get my .mobi files?
Any progress on this issue?Perhaps we can delete all files on the server and try to upload everything from scratch?
Please advise.Thanks

support-octavioMemberHi 1099life,
We’ve received your mobi files and replicated the issue. We are still investigating what is the issue. Will follow up as soon as I know more information.
>Perhaps we can delete all files on the server and try to upload everything from scratch?
I’m not sure what you referred with this question. Could you re formulate the question?October 26, 2012 at 5:15 pm #331743
1099lifeMemberOk, sounds good.
I was suggesting maybe on your end you could delete my files in the cloud, and I would recompile.
Since you replicated the problem I guess it is moot.October 29, 2012 at 11:47 am #331790
support-octavioMemberWe found that the problem is with your .png files. We’ve examined them and found that there’s garbage at the end of file. Please try using another PNG encoder, Paint.Net works for me perfectly (http://www.getpaint.net/download.html)

1099lifeMemberOK, strange as the other images that are working were generated with the same software (Adobe Fireworks CS6).
I will try. -
