juanignacioslMemberI’m upgrading to 6.5 but when I try to import libs.userlibraries (exported from MyEclipse 5.5) MyEclipse hangs: Preferences window gets blank and won’t close, and clicking anywhere makes window title change to ‘doesn’t respond’ (“No responde” in spanish, I don’t know the right translation).

Loyal WaterMemberCan you go to MyEclipse > installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
How did you upgrade to 6.5 ? Did you go to Software updated and upgrade ?

juanignacioslMemberError log doesn’t show anything interesting, probably because I kill process manually

Loyal WaterMemberHow are you importing the user libraries ?
Why dont you create new user libraries in 6.5 and then add the jars again to these libraries.
July 8, 2008 at 1:13 pm #286858
juanignacioslMemberIt’s a pain for me. I have around 15 libraries with around 3-8 jars each, most of them with sources attached. I’ve compared both formats (5.5 vs. 6.5) and seem equal.
Nevertheless today I’ve tried and it has worked, maybe it was a one day problem…
Thank you anyway

Loyal WaterMemberYour welcome.

juanignacioslMemberIt has happened again. The workaround is closing the projects which depend on the libraries before importing.

Loyal WaterMemberThanks for posting the workaround. Ill ask the dev team to look into this.
