On a JSP, when a class is defined in a JSP using the <%@! … %>, the page import statements above do not reflect any of the classes used in that Java class/method section of the JSP.

The page import statements will be highlighted yellow, even though the JSP does use them in the Java definition section.

Please post a sample JSP file (entire file) for us to see an example of what you mean.
