    I am currently using MyEclipse 3.8.2
    It seems the “indent using tabs” preference is available in most editors except the JSP editor.
    When are you planing to offer this feature ?

    This was fixed internally and will be synchronous with the Java editor indentation settings as well as be integrated with ALL the editors. Sorry for the trouble.
