The lasrt window in the installl
says to do a bunch of things : launch MyEclipse, Allow Eclipse to restart
    THEN
    press done

Its rare to see an install with such a klutzy finale.
Its not clear what “Launch MyEclipse” does – it appears to laucnch Eclipse

Anyway I ended up pressing “Done” to get out of a slow-down bind
    , ended up restarting Win2K

heres hoping that the MyEclipse Install did in fact install,
Its not clear if it did

Installation of Eclipse plugins require the same steps, if you have never installed Eclipse plugins before this may seem Klutzy, if you have, then you are likely used to this by now.

However as Eclipse has moved from 2.x to 3.x and 3.1 we have seen in fewer and fewer installs the need to restart Eclipse after it starts. So the install is likely “done” when you hit finish and just start Eclipse as normal.

MyEclipse is a series of plugins build ontop of the Eclipse platform, as is every other Eclipse plugin that exists. Starting Eclipse *does* launch the plugin as part of the Eclipse environment.

Please explain what you mean “slow-down” bind.
