On the eclipse.org site there are two version of Eclipse – 32 bit and 64 bits.
On installing 64bit version of Pulse from http://www.poweredbypulse.com/all_os.php
and following instruction to download 8.6 from https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/myeclipse-blue-8-6-1-download/
Only one option is presented to download MyEclipse 8.6, Which does not differentiate between 32 or 64bit.How do we get the 64bit version of MyEclipse 8.6 For Windows 7? If one exists.

MyEclipse 8.x will work on Windows 64 but as a 32-bit install, a 64-bit install is not available. So the one downloaded through Pulse is 32 bit. However the 32 bit version of MyEclipse will work fine on Windows 64.
MyEclipse 9.0 has a 64 bit install. If you want to install MyEclipse 9.0 64 bit version, take a look at this thread for the instructions :

Also could you point to some documentation to migrate Java Enterprise Web projects from v8.6 to v9.0

I am afraid we do not have any documentation for migration. Once you import your project or point your current workspace when working with MyEclipse 9, It may ask you to upgrade your projects to work with ME 9.0.
You can also upgrade projects manually using the ” MyEclipse > Upgrade Projects for ME 9.0″ menu item.
