Thank you for providing your IP. We had a system hickup when we rolled out the 7.5 udpate
late night on 11th June and broke the server-side records of the updates and that’s why you were seeing the errors. This is fixed now. Can you give it a shot again?I would recommend you to start afresh. If you have selected C:\program files\Genuitec as your installation directory. I would recommend you to delete Genuitec directory and start afresh. The best way would be to use pulse. Open pulse explorer manually. You should be able to get it here – \Genuitec\Pulse Explorer\pulse-explorer.exe You will be asked to either login or register. You can login anonymously. It will take you to the explorer page. Click/expand “My Profiles”. You should see MyEclipse 7.1.1 or relevant. Now click on MyEclipse 7.1. Notice, on the right hand page, it will list you the base, shared and personal software. Now, right click on “MyEclipse 7.1”, context menu will display a list of options. Click on [Re-install and run]. You should be all set.
