principessaliMemberTrying to install 7.5 and receive ‘update site problems’ message. The window displays a list of links, including .myeclipse.com and .poweredbypulse.com related links.
At the prompt, whether to launch the app or not, I click yes, and then after a few minutes, receive the same type of error message.

Loyal WaterMemberHi,
Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me. Are you updating to 7.5 from 7.1 or installing 7.5 from scratch? Can you paste the error message here for us.

principessaliMemberinstall from scratch. Error messages are site related (see my original post above).

Loyal WaterMemberprincipessali,
We would be coming up with the MyEclipse 7.5 GA installer later tonight or by tomorrow. The fastest thing for you now would be to install 7.1 and do upgrade through dashboard — otherwise you will have to wait until tomorrow for new installers.FYI: https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/notice-myeclipse-7-5-m1-installers-deprecated/&highlight=

http://downloads2.poweredbypulse.com/downloads/products/pulse/ganymede:: no repo found at (same url)When I clicke YES to continue install I get another error page that states:
Pulse has been unable to create a plan for MyEclipse 7.5: Please check the details below….

Scott AndersonParticipantprincipessali,
These errors are indicative of a connectivity problem between your location and the MyEclipse download servers. Such issues can typically be caused by:
1) Failure of internet service on your end (least likely)
2) A proxy you’re going through (are you going through a proxy?)
3) A firewall that is blocking your IP (likely if you’re in China, much less likely in other locales)If you’re behind a proxy, within MyEclipse you can adjust the connectivity settings at Window > Preferences > Pulse > Network Settings. You might try the “Native Java” connectivity mode or one of the “Maximum compatibility” modes and then try updating to see if that resolves the problem.
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, can you open a command shell, run the following commands and post the results in your reply:
1) tracert downloads2.myeclipseide.com
2) tracert downloads3.myeclipseide.com
3) tracert downloads4.myeclipseide.comWe should be able to get this addressed with the additional information.
