Im trying to install Mobione on windows 7
The installer cant load. An error message pops up.Error message Title: Pulse-one-32
“failed to find a main class in “C\:Windows\Temp\”.What does it mean? and what do i need to do to solve it?

Are you running the install as ‘administrator’. Restart the install using ‘run as administrator.
Frequently in Windows 7 it is a permissions problem.We have very few installation issues. In most cases it is either some custom location setting or antivirus scanner refusing to recognized mobione.
Please provide following info:
1) mobione version you are attempting to install (latest is 1.4.1)
2) how large is the download file (120-ish Mb)?
3) what antivirus software and version is installed?
– during installation did you receive any warning from antivirus software or is it enabled to automatically quarantine new software?
4) is your temp environment variable defined? If yes, what is the path and is it a valid directory
